Your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
Your ISP sometimes does not provide enough bandwidth as according to the plan. you can use some bandwidth testing website or third party software to verify the actual bandwidth you have.
Most of the ISPs already provided such service, so just look for the bandwidth testing feature or ask them to check it for you.

Problems with Hardware
Your OS or router may not be compatible with each other, which causes extra overheads and slows down internet. It has been reported that new OSs are incompatible with old routers.
